My name is Keola Downing. I am the Katomlap L'Enty! I was the "Go-Between" for the Dri Arno Klan of the Republic of the Marshall Islands. I speak fluent Marshallese and was rated a "Native Marshallese Speaker" in the early 1970's, when I lived in the Republic of the Marshall Islands as a Peace Corps Volunteer.
